Guaranteed The Most Powerful Eye Exercise To Regain Your Eyesight

There’re more than a dozen ways out there that you can undertake to improve eyesight. Some of them are definitely good, some are just alright, and others are simply a waste of time. How are you going to distinguish which is which?

That is my problem two years ago. Ever since then, I’ve carefully use every the vision exercises I am aware of and recorded my progress. How did they do? My result astonished me.

Twenty percent of the vision therapy I tried was responsible for 80% of my progress. I make note of those eye exercises and grouped them as what I called “the basics”. These eye exercises, I think, are the basic of any vision strengthening program.

In this article, I’d like to show you one of these eye exercises. It is called “palming”. It may sound too easy but believe me, it works. It goes like the following:

Make sure you’re not standing for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and gently place your palms on them, so that you can see no light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Think of anything that relaxes you. It can be anything. A sandy beach? A quiet farm house surrounded by big field of sunflowers, maybe.

When you palm, make sure you set a countdown timer so that you do not be anxious about how long you have been doing it. Palm for a total of 10 minutes, 3 times everyday. Once when you wake up in the morning, once during your recess from work and once simply before you go to sleep.

Palming at the beginning of the day allows you to set a standard for the rest of the day. The one in the middle of the day enables your eyes to relax and alleviate stress. While the one at night relaxes your eyes and readies it for sleep.
