Eyesight exercises can enhance your vision without fuss

Our eyes are frequently compared to our muscles and glasses are often compared to “crutches”. A number of {}vision~eyesighteyesight “gurus” claim that through putting on spectacles, you alter your eye muscles and corrupt your eyesightvision~eyesight{}. Hence, they concluded, you need to do eye exercises to “enhance” them.

However is that true?

Think about it. What are the awful vision habits that make your vision to deteriorate from the beginning? Staring and peeking in the dark makes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… assuming that anything makes vision decay, it’s not “weak eye muscles”, it’s strain!

The phrase “eye exercises” are really misleading. They’re in fact, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises unwind your eye muscles, not enhance them! They do this by simulating appropriate eyesight habits and when you perform them religiously, you will subconsciously obtain the concepts beneath them.

When you once again obtained appropriate vision habits, your eyes will naturally see precisely again. Specs are unhealthy not because it “cripple” your eye muscles… they are poor because they don’t let your eye muscles to relax!

Just like your other senses, sight is suppose to be effortless. You won’t find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even supposing that you intend to do so, you couldn’t. That’s the stage you’re aiming for: effortless vision! And it can only be obatined assuming that you discard your glasses and perform vision therapy. Needless to say, always make sure you use your glasses whenever you engage in hazardous activities such as driving or crossing the road!

Having said that, you should also ponder how not making use of glasses will influence your vision habit. Would it make you squint even more? If this is the case, you should consider purchasing spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision therapy. This will allow you to see reasonably clear but at the same time leaves room for growth.
